At BioLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
